Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you the status of your refund after inspection of the item. If there are missing parts in the item, the refund will be halted until all missing parts are be returned.
Any damaged item is automatically non-refundable: Damages, breakage or failure due to (i) mistreatment, (ii) misuse, (iii) neglect, (iv) tampering, (v) shipping, (vi) failure to follow the Product user manuals, maintenance instructions, or warnings, (vii) modifications or repairs performed by the purchaser or a third party without the Company’s prior written consent, (viii) and/or external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping or freight costs with the purchase the item are non-refundable, only the item cost is refundable.
Lenscan Medical does NOT charge restocking fees for returns of defective products, provided the item is within its return policy period. If you have received the wrong product or we have made some other shipping error, there will be NO restocking fee, provided the item is within its return policy period.
